19 Objective of the Course: To understand the importance of rights and freedoms in Islam
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To acquire skill to analytical and critical thinking about the various issues of Islam ;
2 To have citizen consciousness and responsibility and being prone to democratic participation;
3 To become individuals having general culture, armed with research abilities able to express their thoughts in writing and can be transferred effectively, ;
4 To comprehend the basic principles and values as freedom, human rights, equality and justice;
5 To compare Islam with the democracy;
6 To establish the relationship between the concepts of justice, law and government by giving examples right, freedom, equality, human rights and fundamental rights;
7 To show with the reasons that the purpose of the state as a legal institution to organize social relations according to justice and to manage public;
8 To establish relationship between the state and justice;
9 To explain why the state should be based on human rights by comparing respecting human rights and human rights-based state government approach;
10 To solve current issues in level to the satisfaction of modern humans;
