19 Objective of the Course: Students are expected to acquire information about the historical development of the constitutional law in Turkey.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Students will be able to learn the basic organs of the Ottoman Empire.;
2 Students will be able to learn how Ottoman Empire evolve from absolute monarcy to constitutional monarcy.;
3 Students will be able to see the character and the importance of Charter of Alliance of 1808.;
4 Students will be able to see the meaning of the 1839 Rescript of Gülhane and 1856 Rescript of Reform in constitutional reform.;
5 Students will be able to see under which conditions 1876 Constitution was made and how were the organs of the state worked according to this document.;
6 Students will be able to understand the constitutional importance of second constitutional monarcy.;
7 Students will be able to see how the Ottoman Empire collapsed and the Turkish Republic was founded constitutionally.;
8 Students will be able to learn the basics about the foundation and mechanism of the principal organs according to the after republic constitutions.;
9 Students will be able to see outside interventions and interruptions to the constutional system.;
10 Students will gain ability to analyse the problems, which are about the foundation and process of states’ basic organs, the basic rights and freedoms of citizens wee see today, historically.;
