19 Objective of the Course: Local Governments (local governments) reviews the theoretical level of education to perform a grasp of basic concepts, definitions, has handled the process of the emergence of local governments, the objectives, principles, organs and describe and analyze the basic problems.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To gain the ability to apply the theoretical knowledge learned in the courses in public institutions and enterprises suitable for the student's program.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 In order to meet the needs of local government entities and joint powers, duties, responsibilities, and their importance to have a detailed information about the checks.;
2 To analyze the reforms and issues related to local governments.;
3 Presentations by local governments for services, service delivery methods, financing, supplying and use of resources to gain awareness about issues and responsibilities to local voters.;
4 Strengthening of local governments, local autonomies, unitary structure, confederal states and to analyze political orientations.;
5 Decentralized management with centralized management to get information about the benefits and drawbacks.;
6 Appropriate public policies, and easily applied to determine priority needs and resources.;
7 Division of powers between the central administration and local governments and resources to analyze issues and disputes practice.;
8 Status of the local administrations Autonomy, inspection methods, conflict of authority, violations of public interest and awareness about the potential political gain applications.;
