19 Objective of the Course: To teach the basic knowledge about animal husbandry in ecological farming.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To have knowledge about a new and important breeding method in terms of environment, ecology and human health in animal husbandry
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Understands the general principles of ecological animal production. ;
2 Knows that the ecological animal husbandry relations with the environment and human health. ;
3 Learn about the legal regulations related to ecological animal production. ;
4 Knowing the principles of ecological production method of different livestock species. ;
5 Have knowledge and awareness about sustainable farming. ;

1 Definition of organic agriculture development in the world and the situation in Turkey.
2 The general principles of animal husbandry in ecological agriculture.
3 The importance of indigenous livestock genetic resources in ecological farming.
4 Inspection and certification of ecologic alagriculture.
5 Feeds and animal nutrition in the ecological animal husbandry.
6 Ecological egg production.
7 Ecological chicken meat production.
8 Ecological meat and dairy.
9 Repeating courses and midterm exam
10 Ecological buffalo breeding.
11 Ecological sheep farming.
12 Ecological goat farming.
13 Ecological beekeeping.
14 Ecological aquaculture.
