Objective of the Course: |
The aim of this course is to give students a better understanding of animal behavior; behavioral characteristics of farm animals and factors affecting those characteristics; introduction to animal welfare science and welfare measuring criteria; the importance of behavior as a tool in the assessment of welfare; as regard to improve animal welfare and productivity |
