19 Objective of the Course: To teach the basic principles of horse breeding and the preparation of nutritional strategies for the purpose
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To ensure that graduates have practical knowledge about healthy horse feeding
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Learning the digestive physiology in horses;
2 To have knowledge about the types and properties of horse feed;
3 Determination of storage conditions and deterioration processes of feed materials;
4 Relationship between race performance and energy and protein intake;
5 Ability to prepare a feeding program according to age and purpose of use;
6 To be able to organize a feeding program for performance in sports horses;
7 Efficient pasture use and its role in horse nutrition;
8 To understand the feeding related diseases and preventive measures;
