19 Objective of the Course: It is to ensure that teacher candidates have the knowledge and skills to create effective and productive learning environments in line with the teacher competencies determined by the National Education, and to communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development As effective teachers, it helps them to become teachers who are open to development, who design productive learning environments by considering the individual differences and needs of students, and who can communicate effectively with the individuals around them.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Knows the general competencies of the teaching profession.;
2 Knows the competencies of field knowledge, field education knowledge, legislative knowledge in line with the general competencies of the teaching profession.;
3 Knows the competencies of planning instruction, designing learning environments, and managing the learning-teaching process in line with the general competencies of the teaching profession.;
4 Knows the competencies of monitoring and evaluating the learning process in line with the general competencies of the teaching profession.;
5 Knows the professional attitudes and values required by the teaching profession.;
6 Realizes the importance of national, spiritual and universal values.;
7 Establishes effective communication and cooperation with students, parents, colleagues and other stakeholders.;
