19 Objective of the Course: Objective of the internship is to provide to enable the students to have knowledge and understanding of automotive engineering related business areas and duties end responsibilities of the profession. Also enable that students to have knowledge and understanding of the industrial wokplace activities and practice by involving in practical work.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Learns the business fields related to Automotive Engineering and the duties and responsibilities related to the profession, experiences the work activities and order in the workplaces.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Student can have the knowledge and understanding of the function and scope of works/processes in the company.;
2 Student can have the knowledge and understanding automotive engineering related business areas and duties end responsibilities of the profession in the company;
3 Students can use and implement the knowledge in the field of mathematics, science and automotive engineering on engineering problem modeling and solving of the industrial wokplace activities in the company.;
4 Student can have the knowledge and understanding to enable to design the whole or a portion of the system/component/process in the company.;
5 Student can present the workplace activities by communicating oral and written communication with atechnical report in the company;
22 Course Content:
Theoretical Practical
1. Obtains general information about the business (activities, products or services provided, financial information, etc.).
2. Learns the principles of practice in the fields of professionalism, ethics and occupational safety.
3. Improves internal written and verbal communication skills by understanding the organizational structure of a business.
4. Learns the quality management and product standards used in the business.
1. Gains the ability to use and apply mathematics, science and engineering knowledge.
2. Gains skills in designing and implementing a system or process for specific needs.
3. Gains knowledge and skills in automotive engineering applications.
4. Gains the ability to use the engineering tools required for automotive engineering applications.
5.Has knowledge about automotive engineering design, project planning and production.
6. Understands the effects of automotive applications on sustainability (environment, economy and society).
