19 | Objective of the Course: | Within the scope of the course, it is aimed to introduce the current theories and approaches of leadership to the undergraduate students of the psychology department. Specifically in this course, it is planned to focus on various (classical and contemporary) concepts, theories and approaches that contribute to the explanation of leadership processes. In this way, it is aimed to provide students with the skills to use the basic concepts, theories and approaches of leadership in understanding the process of the leadership and to benefit from the accumulation of different social science fields on the subject of leadership. |
