19 Objective of the Course: to teach farm management for veterinarians. employee management, manure management, risk management, raw materials,marketing and computerized accounting systems management to teach veterinarians.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Learn and comprehend the requirements of the basic ;
2 Livestock Enterprises settlement, the condition of equipment by controlling requirements and deficiencies can be identified. prepare a report on it.;
3 Evaluation and management of present and a new staff working.;
4 Different production farms which intend to prepare and can apply the strategic plan.;
5 Create an annual budget and management plan.;
6 Determine the amount of feed inventory, controls and make risk controls.;
7 Product and profitability can do control. Control and manage the risks of the product.;
8 The company waste management, ability to make decisions ;
9 arm manager as a veterinerian that employee, input, output and marketing management ability to win.;
10 he/she can give technical and scientific support to his colleagues about farm management.;
22 Course Content:

1 Basic subjects, useful economic terms and principles.
2 Control of the physical infrastructure of the business, organization and management (restoration, machinery and equipment, race, etc. ..)
3 The preparation of the strategic plan and knowledge management.
4 Cattle. sheep and goat farms financial analysis and financial management.
5 Preparation of budget and management.
6 The company internal procedures and the annual management plan.
7 Dairy, beef, sheep and goat farms employee management (veterinarians, technician, engineer)
8 Enterprise risk management of dairy, beef and small ruminant farms.
9 supply of raw material and stock management.
10 Computerized records management systems
11 Control mechanisms and monitoring of the profitability of the product to be obtained.
