Objective of the Course:
The aim of this course is to examine the concepts of share and ownership, which are one of the most important concepts in joint stock companies, which are a capital company. In addition, it is aimed to increase the competency about share types, acquisition and loss of shares.

Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
This course provides to learn the concept of share in joint stock companies, its types, acquisition and loss, and the legal consequences of the acquisition and loss of shares. It allows to learn the solutions about the legal problems that arise regarding the formation, acquisition and loss of the share.
