19 Objective of the Course: Shi’a historically is the biggest opponent of Ahlu’s- Sunnah in Islam religion. Shia have made an effort to create own thinkings both intellectual and political field. Within this context, Kalami thought constitutes an important direction of Shi’a. Understanding Kalami thought of Shi’a is a step that comprehends whole Islam thought. Because of that reason,this course has to be constituted.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development The content of the course is aimed at contributing to develop of scientist qualifications of the students
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Recognizes the Shi’a kalam in Islam thought;
2 Being able to compare between Shi’a and other Kalam Sects;
3 Being able to analyzes Shi’a kalam understanding from texts;
4 Being able to analyzes the divinity understanding of Shiites. ;
5 Comparatively, being able to analyzes prophethood understanding of Shi’a ;
6 Recognizes the afterlife belief and reinvigoration of Shiites;
7 Analyzes understading of caliphate/imamate of Shiites;
8 Being able to make presentation about imamate of Shiites;
9 Understands topics of Shiites and Mu’tazila that unites and dissociates;
10 Being able to participate events about Shi’a thought progress;
