19 Objective of the Course: To teach broadly the world civilizations, states, the social, economic and political events which shaped world history, considering student’s fields of interest
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Students comprehend and evaluate the outlines of world history.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to grasp various stages of human history.;
2 To be able to learn political, economic, technological and cultural events which affect human history;
3 To be able to evaluate the role of the different cultures and nations in the human history;
4 To be able to apprehend the similarities and interactions among different cultures;
5 To be able to expound the human history with a global view.;
6 To be able to evaluate the concepts of “East” and “West” as part of civilization’s spirit.;
7 To be able to evaluate the present historiographic traditions in the world history and apprehend how they are criticized.;
