19	Objective of the Course:	To read and understand written texts in Ottoman Turkish correctly.
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	Student, Turkish in the Ottoman period; learns the alphabet, spelling, sound, word and syntax.

Learning Outcomes:

1	S/he comprehends the characteristics of the Turkish language and literary works written in this language.;
2	S/he analyzes the basic works of Turkish literature in historical flow.;
3	S/he comprehends that language and literature are the basis of Turkish culture.;
4	S/he comprehends the characteristics of the Ottoman Turkish period.;
5	S/he comprehends the characteristics of the Ottoman Turkish period.;
6	S/he compares examples of poetry and prose written in the Ottoman Turkish period.;
7	S/he analyzes the foreign language elements that settled into our language during the Ottoman Turkish period.;
8	S/he compares Turkish words with foreign words in texts written in Ottoman Turkish.;
9	S/he evaluates the different spellings of words in Ottoman Turkish texts.;
10	S/he analyzes old alphabet texts given in Turkish.;
