19 Objective of the Course: Teaching animal behaviours in the context of their ecology
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Students who take this course use their knowledge about the behaviors of animals in their relationships with each other and with their environment in working life
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to define different approaches in studies on animal behavior;
2 Ability to show animal behavior in a wide range of different categories;
3 To be able to explain the differences in animal behavior between species;
4 To be able to identify the difference between the ultimate and proximate causes of different behaviors in animals;
5 To be able to explain communication, mating, breeding, defense, feeding behaviors, group and herd forming behaviors in cattle;
6 To be able to explain communication, mating, breeding, defense, feeding behaviors, group and herd forming behaviors in sheep;
7 To be able to explain communication, mating, breeding, defense, feeding behaviors, group and herd forming behaviors in goats;
8 To be able to explain communication, mating, breeding, defense, feeding behaviors, group and herd forming behaviors in horses;
9 To be able to explain communication, mating, breeding, defense, feeding behaviors, group and herd forming behaviors in poultry;
10 To be able to apply knowledge about communication, mating, breeding, defense, feeding behaviors, group and herd formation behaviors in animal species;
