19 Objective of the Course: To enable students of nursing department to prioritize their professional problems, get to their origins, solve repetitive problems with appropriate techniques, make the most accurate and most effective choice among different and variable alternatives, gather information and consider and evaluate everyone's opinions, think critically, make effective decisions and put their decisions into practice. to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Having effective problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills will enable nurses to improve the patient care system and achieve positive patient and institutional results.

4 Problem solving and decision making methods-Nominal group method, fishbone method, pareto analysis, decision tree, gordon method
5 Problem solving and decision making methods - Histogram, scoreboard, work flow chart/diagram, control chart, graphs, 5W1H(WH- Questions)
