19 Objective of the Course: To obtain a thorough overview of the fundamentals of Islamic law and a minimum of knowledge.

1 To know the principles of Islamic law in general ;
2 To comprehend the formation and development of Islamic jurisprudence ;
3 To know the basic tendencies and schools that make up the Islamic legal thought ;
4 To have a thorough perspective on the Islamic religion and economic understanding;

1 Ontological and epistemological background of Islamic legal thought
2 Evaluation of the basic functions of law in terms of Islamic legal thought, Major schools of legal philosophy and Islamic legal thought
3 Source theory in classical usul al-fiqh (with a concise Arabic text)
4 An overview of the methods of judgment in the classical usul al-fiqh (with a concise Arabic text and examples of furû ')
5 Language issue and elfâz bets 1, as characteristic of classical fiqh methodology (with a concise Arabic text and examples)
6 Language issue and elfâz bets 2, as characteristic features of classical fiqh methodology (with a concise Arabic text and furû examples)
7 News theory in terms of classical usul al-fiqh (with a concise Arabic text and furû examples)
8 The idea of equity and istihsan in the context of the dynamism of Islamic law
