19	Objective of the Course:	The aim of the course is to discuss world heritage and site management issues in the context of recent scholarship.
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	The course provides a background knowledge on the conservation and management of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Learning Outcomes:

1	To develop knowledge on the management, conservation methods and theories concerning World heritage sites, both in rural and urban areas. To be able to use this knowledge in conservation practice.;
2	To have enough knowledge about disciplines which contribute to the practice of the conservation and management of the World Heritage Sites, such as engineering, social sciences, other art, urban&building law and landscape.;
3	Ability to take a sole responsibility and define and manage an independent specialized project about World Heritage Sites.;
