19 Objective of the Course: Review of the features of Renaissance and Baroque eras as well as the composers and keyboard works of those eras
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To comprehend the history of piano, the composers who have written music for piano and to acknowledge historical, structural and musical aspects of the piano literature.

5 Forms of Renaissance music
6 Stylistic features of baroque music
7 Composers of baroque era (J.P.Couperin, J.P.Rameau, G.F.Handel)
8 Composers of baroque era (J.Kuhnau, G.Böhm)
9 The Mid-Term Exam - An overlook to the stylistic features of Renaissance and Baroque music
10 Stylistic features of J.S.Bach and his works
11 Overview of keyboard works of J.S.Bach
12 Review of D.Scarlatti and piano sonatas
