19 Objective of the Course: To understand the concepts of typical and atypical labour relations and to comprehend the types of atypical labour relations.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development This course examines atypical labour relations and learns the differences between them and their application areas. Develops the ability to reason about the solutions by following the current developments in labour law and examining the current problems, case law and doctrine regarding flexibility and atypical labour relations.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To understand the concept of flexibility in labour law and the reasons for the need for flexibility;
2 To be able to evaluate the element of dependency in atypical labour relations;
3 To identify typical labour relations and to understand atypical labour relations;
4 To learn atypical types of labour relations;
5 To have a command of the legal rules, case law and doctrine applicable to atypical labour relations;
6 To gain the ability to evaluate the new types of employment relations that may arise with technological developments within the scope of labour law;
7 To be able to propose solutions to the problems encountered in atypical labour relations;
