19 Objective of the Course: The aim of career planning is to design careers wisely in line with their personality, knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies. Within the scope of the course; Awareness about these concepts will be created, Career Centers and activities where students can get support about their careers throughout their university life will be introduced, the use of Talent Gate and how to benefit from it will be shown, and the opportunity to meet working life in different sectors will be offered.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Ensuring that the student is aware of the services offered by the Career Center and establishing a link between the Career Center and the student.;
2 students; learning concepts such as intelligence, personality, knowledge, skill, talent and competence and establishing the connection of these concepts with career;
3 Students get to know sectors such as public sector, private sector, academia, non-governmental organizations, understand the differences between sectors and see the working life in these sectors.;
4 Increasing awareness about the importance of developing fine skills in the career process.;
5 Informing students about activities that can contribute to their careers outside of their courses throughout their university life.;
6 Students gain awareness about the contributions of international exchange programs to personal development and academic life and their positive reflections on their career plans.;
7 The student learns that through the Talent Gate, consultancy can be obtained from Career Centers, and applications can be made to activities such as fairs, seminars, workshops, and internship announcements.;
