19 Objective of the Course: The purpose of the lecture is to teach Balkan history at undergraduate level. The targets of the lecture are to make connections with the past, to get to know the Balkan peoples today, to understand the source of the problems and to inform them about their historical development.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To have information about the Balkans by studying the peoples living in the Balkans from the past to the present and the state political and social histories in the Balkans.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Comprehending of historical past of citizens who live in Balkans;
2 Apprectiating of events in Balkans after Migration of tribes;
3 Learning about episodes of Turks' settlements in Balkans in accordance with historical process.;
4 To grasp existing process of contemporary Balkan states. ;
5 To have idea about Turkey's role in Balkan policy.;
6 Students comprehend perspectives abd policies of Balkan states towards Turkey.;
7 Evaluating of geostrategic importance of Balkans in past and future.;
8 Evaualtion of geopolitic importance ofBbalkans in past and future.;
