19 Objective of the Course: To build language awareness on similar and different linguistic structures in Turkish and German.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development The grammatical structure differences and similarities between Turkish and German languages will increase their awareness. In addition, by reinforcing the functions of grammatical structures in both languages, it will enable him to gain the ability to effectively teach these elements in his future professional life.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 The student will be able to define and explain the basic concepts of the comparative grammar.;
2 The student will be able to distinguish between the systems of both languages.;
3 The student will be able to establish a connection between the two languages.;
4 The student will be able to classification of forms and functions of the two languages.;
5 The student will be able to identify the differences between Turkish and German languages on a general level.;
6 The student will be able to identify the similarities between Turkish and German languages on a general level.;
7 The students will be able to identify the potential problems in the teaching of German after Turkish in general terms.;
8 The student will be able to know the methods of comparative study.;
