19 Objective of the Course: Students understand of organizational communication-meaning, importance, functions, ways to communicate effectively with colleagues, obstacles and the problems.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development The prospective teacher recognizes the ways of effective communication, understands the obstacles and problems, and then gains the ability to establish a healthy communication with colleagues and students in professional life.

1 Have knowledge about the basic concepts of organizational communication;
2 To know the functioning of communication ın-school.;
3 To establish effective communication with colleagues and with students in school.;
4 To know communication barriers, develop solutions and apply.;
