Objective of the Course:
Students understand of organizational communication-meaning, importance, functions, ways to communicate effectively with colleagues, obstacles and the problems.

The prospective teacher recognizes the ways of effective communication, understands the obstacles and problems, and then gains the ability to establish a healthy communication with colleagues and students in professional life.
