19 Objective of the Course: This course aims to evaluate the development and change of the modern city, urban planning and its spatial aspects in the framework of political, economic, social and cultural conditions of each period.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To increase the power of interdisciplinary communication by developing the basic knowledge of architect candidates about urban history and urban planning approaches
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Having knowledge about the origins and evolution of city planning ;
2 To understand the historical development and transformation processes of cities in cause-effect relation;
3 To understand the impact of the modernization and industrialization process on cities;
4 To establish a relationship between architecture and urban planning disciplines;
