19 Objective of the Course: To provide the basic concepts and theoretical approaches of psychopathology, to establish a knowledge base on diagnosis, assessment and research methods
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To build students' basic knowledge in the field of psychopathology
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Be able to know the basic concepts of psychopatology;
2 Be able to explain the definition of abnormal behavior in terms of its historical development;
3 Be able to know and evaluate current paradigms;
4 Be able to know assessment methods and diagnostic systems used in psychopathology;
5 To know the research methods used in psychopathology;
6 Define the diagnostic criteria of mood and anxiety disorders and compare these disorders in terms of epidemiological, etiologic and treatment-related factors;
7 Be able to apprehend the interaction of psychological, biological, social and cultural factors in the etiology of psychological disorders;
