Objective of the Course:
Achieving the skills to apply the rules of Tajwid for a proper reading of Quran and in the framework of this achievement to read and recite it by heart

Learning Outcomes:
1
Understanding the virtue of memorizing the Qur’an;

Achieving knowledge about the science of Tajwid which is important for a proper reading of the Qur’an;
3
Pronouncing the letters according to their origin (Mahraj) and character (Sıfat);
4
Noticing the possible mistakes while pronouncing the letters according to their origin (Mahraj) and character (Sıfat);
5
Achieving knowledge about the matter of Mutawatir in Recitation, types of Recitation and the conditions of accepting the Authentic Recitation;
6
Being able to use concepts of the science of Tajwid;
7
Reading properly the 26-30th parts of the Qur’an according to “talim usulü” and the instructions of Tajwid;

Reciting properly by heart surahs Nazi’at, ‘Abasa, Takwir, Infitar and Mutaffifin;

Understanding the meaning of the read and recited verses;

Achieving a basic knowledge of Quranic culture from the reading and reciting of the verses;
