Learning Outcomes:

1 At the end of this course, the students will be able to define general principles of Law of Obligations,; 2 Acknowlege the fundamental role of Law of Obligations, its systematic and the relationship between the other branches of law,; 3 List and Interpret the general provisions of Law of Obligations,; 4 List the requirements for the validity of legal transactions as the origins of obligations, ; 5 Have the capacity to analyse and resolve conflicts in the area of Law of Obligations,; 6 Make case studies and demonstrate theorical knowledge in practice,; 7 Acknowledge, comment and criticize various theories and court decisions in Law of Obligations.; 8 Classify and interpret the sources of obligations; 9 Reveal the consequences of non - performance of obligations of the parties; 10 List and define the discharge of obligations ;
