19	Objective of the Course:	Management principles, concepts, theories and tools, to teach students and ways to use them to teach nursing services; planning, organization, implementation, evaluation and coordination of nursing services related to the management activities to gain knowledge, attitudes and skills

Learning Outcomes:

1	Knowledge of the basic concepts of health ınstitutions and to estabilish the relationship between these concepts ;
2	To understand the principles and theories of management;
3	To understand the use of health in the field of management principls and theories;
4	To understand the organization and functioning of health and nursing services in the world and Turkey;
5	To apply management process including planning, organizing, executing and evaluating.;
6	To evaluate the management process;
7	Knowledge of the factors that affect the management process;
8	Ability to identify problems encountered in the management of nursing and health ınstitutions ;
9	To solve the problems encountered in the management of health institutions and nursing;
10	Knowledge of legislation, regulations and laws related to the nursing profession;
