19	Objective of the Course:	The purpose of this course is to enable prospective teachers to define basic concepts related to social sciences and social studies, to to understand the differences between social sciences and social sciences, to relate social science disciplines to each other, and to comprehend the historical, philosophical and pedagogical foundations of social studies courses.
