7 Comming into force of administrative acts
8 the Principe of non retroactivity of administrative acts, annulation and abrogation
9 The concept and conditions of administrative contracts
10 The types od administrative contracts: The classical types
11 New types of administrative contracts
12 The contemporary arguments about the types and legal regime of administrative contracts in Turkish administrative law
13 The public tender contracts
14 The execution and termination of administrative contracts
