19 Objective of the Course: To learn and compare law classes in English, to teach students basic principles of law classes and to make evaluations with other legal systems

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Teaching the basic principles of law branches and making comparisons between branches;
2 Anglosakson ve Kara Avrupası Hukuk Sistemlerinin değerlendirilmesi;
3 Examination of Administrative Law and Administrative Organization;
4 Ability to understand and deal with the national and international dimensions of law by following court case-law and practices.;
5 Discussion of international judicial decisions;
6 The basic principles of Law of persons;
7 examination of the concept of real persons and legal persons;
8 Comprehension of Family Law rules;

5 the general concept of law of persons (real persons and legal persons)
6 Types of legal personalities: Societies, Foundations and ordinary partnership
7 Organization of legal persons: General assembly, board of directors and controllers
8 Business corporations: Formation, Dissolution and membership
9 Family law and engagement
10 Marriage: Conditions for a valid marriage, ceromoni of marriage, provisions of marriage
11 Divorce and judicial separation
12 Parental authority and guardianship
13 General concept of Inheritance Law
14 Transfer of estate
