19 Objective of the Course: The aim of this course is to examine the transformation of institutionalized political power from the primitive tribes to the contemporary modern state. The institutionalization process and theoretical transformation of political power will be examined in this respect.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Participants will have grounding on embodiment and transformation of political power.;
2 Will comprehend differences between sacred authority and power rulership;
3 They will get detailed information about the forms and contents of the authority.;
4 They will examine the organization and the idea of political power in empires;
5 They will understand the distinctive qualities of Mercantilism and liberal state.;
6 They will be informed about the emergence and purpose of the nation state.;
7 They will be informed about the conflicts of the globalisation and market economy with the state power.;
