Learning Outcomes:

1 Learn the basic land surveys which are necessary for data acquisition in architectural studies; 2 Work with basic surveying equipment; 3 Understand the basic principles of distance and surface area measurements, design and conduct those surveys; 4 Understand the basic principles of height measurement, design and conduct those surveys; 5 Measure the length of any given profile by different equipment; 6 Use leveling instruments; 7 Conduct surface leveling and draw contours; 8 Gain skill to interpret topographical maps;
