19 Objective of the Course: This course aims to analyse and discuss public goods concept defination, varieties and finance methods with sudents having graduate level knowledge in this field.

1 To be able to define the subject, features and terminogoly of public goods and global public goods .;
2 To be able to understand and analyze existance reasons and structure of public goods.;
3 To be able to explain generally public goods theoritical strıcture. ;
4 To be able to search supply, demand and price in public goods.;
5 To be able to analyze collective decision making mechanism. ;
6 To be able to establish relationship between public goods.;
