19 Objective of the Course: Veterinarians to work in the laboratory techniques used routinely for histological examination and special examination should be used as diagnostic methods.

1 The purpose of histological diagnosis methods course, science and related fields as development, The introduction of the instruments and apparatus used in the histology laboratory
2 Introduction of microscopes and microscope type Applied introduction of microscopes, preparation of fixing solution,
3 Fixative solutions which are used for tissues in Histology, Be taken to determine the tissue sample and tissue processing method,
4 Routinely used in the stain solutions for histology, Taking sections from paraffin blocks and pull lama,
5 Stain solution used in histology as a special purpose, Triple, haematoxylin and eosin staining in the paraffin sections,
6 Immunohistochemical staining techniques, use of catalogs, Establishment of the working environment for immunohistochemical staining, preparation of lipid stain,
