19 Objective of the Course: This lessons’s purpose is; to develop the effects of public expenditures on economy, the reasons of increase and to utilize as a tool of fiscal policy of public finance

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to analyze the effects of public expenditures on economy;
2 To be able to define the methods, tools and theories of public expenditures.;
3 To be able to evaluate about increase of public expenditures connrected with many theories ;
4 To be able to make evaluation about auditing of public expenditures;
5 To be able to have information about the shares of public expenditures in budget;
6 To be able to analyze comparatably the public expenditures in Turkey and European Union.;
