The purpose of this course is to introduce the basic concepts and principles of economics to nonspecialist economics students |

Students will be able to learn the main concepts and principles of economics;

Students will be able to identify competitive marketplaces, as well as the conditions for perfect and imperfect competition;

Students will be able to analyse the roles of the market mechanism in allocating resources in order to solve basic economic problems;
