| 19 | Objective of the Course: | Understanding the fundamental notion and concept of Social Security Law Scrutinizing rights of the employees and the obligations of employers arising from industrial accident and occupational disease in the light of the Social Insurance and Universal Health Insurance Act (Statute) Explaining the rights of the insured and the obligations of the employers in the light of the Social Insurance and Universal Health Insurance Act; and giving information about the universal health insurance, private pension insurance and the regime without premium. |
