19 Objective of the Course: The objective of this course is to teach students English for Agricultural Sciences and Technology at the beginner level and improve their ability to read and write scientific reports as well as to make oral presentations. Students will also be able to apply the grammatic rules and gain listening comprehension skills.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Students will be able; to use English-Turkish and Turkish-English dictionary in the field of Agricultural Science and Technology effectively and learn scientific terminology. ;
2 To summarize the main points of English articles related to different areas of agriculture. ;
3 To answer questions after reading scientific excerpts in agriculture. ;
4 To write a professional report containing at least 500 words by using correct Grammar. ;
5 To make oral presentations on a specific topic reated to agriculture. ;
6 To speak clear English with accurate pronunciation during their 15-minute oral presentation.;
