19 Objective of the Course: To teach the basic knowledge about Clinical Pharmacology

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To learn about Clinical Pharmacology: Description, history, basic pharmacokinetics and pharmacodinamics;
2 To learn about development of drugs;
3 To learn clinical drug research and good clinical practises.;
4 To learn basic ethical consideration of clinical drug research. ;
5 To learn bioavaivability and bioequivalence of drugs.;
6 To learn the mechanisms of drug interactions.;
7 To learn basic consepts of pharmacovigilance.;
8 To learn basic concepts of pharmacogenetic. ;
9 To learn pharmacoeconomi and its importance during therapie. ;
10 To learn reasonable drug therapy in pediatric and geriatric practice. To learn reasonable drug therapy in geriatric practice. To learn reasonable drug therapy during gestational and lactation periods. To learn how herbal medicines and food supplements are affects the conventional drug therapy and safety of patients. ;

5 Basic prenciples of bioavaivability and bioequivalence of drugs.
6 The mechanism of drug interactions; prediction and clinical managements of drug interactions.
7 Pharmacocinetics and pharmacogenomics
8 Farmakovijilans; definition, legislation and implementation steps
9 .Pharmacocinetics and pharmacogenomics
10 Pharmacoeconomy
11 Reasonable drug tharapy in pediatrics.
12 Reasonable drug tharapy in elderly.
13 Reasonable drug tharapy during the during gestational and lactation periods.
