Learning Outcomes:

1 Learning the Turkish social security legislation ; 2 Knowing the basic rights and obligations arising from the social security legislation. ; 3 As employer or his representative knowing the rights and obligations theirs employers, arising from the social security legislation ; 4 As third parties knowing obligations arising from the social security legislation ; 5 Giving enough informations employers to deliberate about their personal decisions on social security rights ; 6 Seeking to know and develop solutions to problems arising from the social security law ;

2	The institutional structure of social security: Social Security Administration
3	Insurance relationship: Coverage as persons
4	Insurance relationship: Beginning, notification of termination and sanctions
5	Social insurance financing (1): premium rates, benefits, and premiums in the calculation of premium based earnings
6	Social insurance financing (2): the premium certificates, payment of premiums, not to pay the sanction
7	Short-term insurance branches (1): Work-related accidents and occupational diseases, sickness and maternity MIDTERM EXAM
8	Short-term insurance branches (2): Provided the rights and entitlements
9	Long term insurance branches (1): invalidity insurance
10	Long term insurance branches (2): Old age insurance
11	Long term insurance branches (3): Death insurance
12	Long term insurance branches (4): Common provisions: merging services, service debt and special provisions related to public employees
