19 | Objective of the Course: | To give students the basic knowledge on the frequently encountered legal issues and to maket hem comprehend the Turkish legal system, to ensure that students can explain main concepts in law, identify essential judiciary institutions and realize the importance of this course as a basis for other courses on law. |

2 | The sources of law and the implementation of rules of law in terms of content, period and place. | |
3 | The implementation of rules of law in terms of content (the interpretation of legal rules), filling gaps in the judiciary process and jurisprudence. | |
4 | The concept of “right” and different types of rights; the attainment, the usage and the loss of rights. | |
5 | “Positive intent” in the attainment of rights and “honesty principles” in their usage. | |
6 | Places of judiciary in terms of the trial process, organization and duties and authorities. | |
7 | Lawsuit types in law, methods and techniques of evidence in law, different branches of law. | |
