19 Objective of the Course: Students are expected to acquire information about the general principals of the constitutional law.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Students learn the sources of constitutional law. They understand the way to reach verdicts and codes.;
2 They understand the concept of constitution.;
3 They know, how a constitution is made.;
4 They learn the elements and the roots of the state.;
5 They learn the elementary organs of the state, with whom these organs are constituted and how they process.;
6 They observe different governmental styles, the similarities and differences between them in various countries.;
7 They perceive the importance of the term democracy and the types of it.;
8 They understand the importance and the character of the fundamental rights and freedoms; how they are secured against the government and how and how much they can be limitated.;
9 They understand the meaning and the scope of the judicial review.;
