19 Objective of the Course: Turkey and the world witnessed the processes of urbanization, with urban problems and their solution is to give an overview.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Have information about irregular and unplanned urbanization,;
2 Have information about the properties of regular and healthy urbanization,;
3 Urban structure, as witnessed in the transportation, housing, etc. to analyze solutions to problems on issues,;
4 Developed and developing countries to provide knowledge about the cities.;
5 To have an idea about the causes and consequences of the phenomenon of slums in the country,;
6 Emerging phenomenon of urban quality of life annuity, the housing problem, and have information about the effects on the real estate market,;
7 The rapid urbanization process in Turkey, accommodation, real estate, management, and develop solutions to movement problems emerging legal dimensions,;
