19 Objective of the Course: XIII-XV. The history and culture of the peoples living in the north of the Black Sea and Turkestan between the centuries and the effects of the geographical conditions of Central Eurasia on the peoples and states existing in this region will be covered in accordance with the doctoral level.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It contributes to the professional development of students who want to specialize on the cultural history of Central Eurasia at the doctoral level during and after the doctorate.

6 to comprehend the importance of the cultural mobility experienced in terms of Turkish history,;
7 to have information about primary sources that give information about states and peoples.;
