19 Objective of the Course: The aim of the course is to teach organization and process of arbitration.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development The course allows the participant to understand the relationship between state jurisdiction, alternative dispute resolution and arbitration through an in-depth discussion of the arbitration proceedings, and to learn in detail the arbitration procedure.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Learning the main principles and properties of arbitration method as a means of dispute resolution,;
2 Comprehending configuration of arbitrat proceedings,;
3 Comprehending roles and statutes of arbitrator and parties in arbitral proceedings,;
4 Learning to commence a suit and transactions of claim phase in arbitral proceedings,;
5 Learning legal effects and qualificiation of mediation settlement,;
6 Learning the transaction of award phase in arbitral proceedings,;
7 Learning the parties' transaction about putting an end to arbitral proceedings, ;
8 Learning the principles of arbitral awards' süpervision, ;
9 Learning the principles of arbitral awards' enforcement,;
10 Learning the principles about expenditures of arbitral proceedings.;

1 The legal nature of arbitration, the goal and basic principles favored on arbitration
2 Sellection of arbitrator and formation of the arbitral panel
3 Admissing the duties of arbiters, determining the fee of arbitrator and secreteriat as well as advence of arbital expenditures
4 Determining place and duration of arbitration as well as place of hearing or meeting
5 Determining the procedure which are subject to arbitral proceedings
6 Determining the law which apply to the matter of conflicts in arbitral proceedings
7 Litigation prerequisity and procedural pleas in arbital proceedings
8 Claim and defence and Changings in arbitral proceedings
9 Evidences and collection of evidences in arbitral proceedings
10 Taking and evaluation of evidence in arbitral proceedings
11 Arbitral award and forms
12 The parties' transaction which put an end to process in arbitral proceedings
13 Supervision of arbitral awards
14 Enforcement of arbitral awards
