19 | Objective of the Course: | The aim of the course is to teach organization and process of arbitration. |
20 | Contribution of the Course to Professional Development | The course allows the participant to understand the relationship between state jurisdiction, alternative dispute resolution and arbitration through an in-depth discussion of the arbitration proceedings, and to learn in detail the arbitration procedure. |
