21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To recognize the formation of Islamic law schools and their institutional structures during the historical period; ;
2 To know the literature of Islamic law schools ; ;
3 To acquire information on the methodologies of the Islamic law schools; ;
4 To analyse styles of approach of Islamic law schools to legal issues; ;
5 To explain the cultural, geographical, climatic and social causes leading to the differentiation of Islamic law schools; ;
6 To explain the differences between Islamic law and the other legal systems like Roman law in terms of their perspectives on legal issues; ;
7 To explain the differences between Islamic law and the other legal systems like Roman law in terms of their methodologies; ;
8 To compare Islamic law and the other legal systems in terms of the origin of law and its function; ;
9 To acquire information about the civilization perception of Islamic law school in terms of the formation of Islamic civilization; ;
10 To understand the principles of Islamic law school in terms of social cohesion and social order; ;
