1 To be able to explain the phenomenon of common rules in Islamic Law ;
2 To be able to analyze the main legal principles in Islamic law ;
3 To be able to explain the sources of general rules in Islamic Law ;
4 To be able to explain the Kavaid literature in Islamic Law ;
5 To be able to use general rules in scientific researches ;
6 To be able to comprehend the basic concepts and principles in Islamic Law ;
7 Knowing the points of legal dispute in general and making comparisons between sects ;
8 To be able to comprehend the general purposes of fiqh ;
9 To be able to find solutions to new problems based on the general principles of Islamic law ;
10 To be able to compare Islamic legal systematics with other legal systems;
