19 Objective of the Course: Providing knowledge and holding discussions on the concept of human rigts, the legal sources of human rights, protection of human rights at the international level, the relation of human rights treaties and non-treaty based instruments to domestic law.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development They will be gaining information on experience and execution of human rights which is one of the most prominent concept of modern society. The will learn about fundamentals and root causes of human rights thought.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Students will be able to describe the scope of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).;
2 Students will be acquainted with the procedure of individual applications to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR).;
3 Students will be able to describe the scope of the rights set forth in articles 2-5 of the ECHR.;
4 Students will be able to categorize different obligations of the States stemming from the ECHR with regard to rights.;
5 Students will be able to evaluate different types of interventions in rights.;
